Eduardo Pizarro is professor at the National University of Colombia where he co-founded the Political Studies and Foreign Relations Institute. he has been ambassador of Colombia in the Netherlands (2011 – 2015) and was Chair of the Comisión Nacional de Reparación y Reconcilación (CNRR).
