Interview with Alfonso Pérez Agote | History and memory in today's Spain
Alfonso Pérez-Agote, professor of sociology at the University Complutense of Madrid and coordinator of the Groupe Européen de Recherche Interdisciplinaire sur le Changement Religieux (GERICR), talks about memory and history in today’s Spain, influenced by the legacy of Francoism.
Alfonso Pérez-Agote is a member of the International Panel on Exiting Violence‘s working group “Radicalisation: a comparative perspective“. His research focus on nationalism, collective identities, religious and cultural plurality, religious change and secularization, and the new forms of political and social mobilization.
