We met Mohammed Eljarh in Tunis during the symposium the organised on 3rd and 4th of July 2017.
Mohammed Eljarh participated in the roundtable “Reconciliation and justice“, along with the IPEV members Elisabeth Claverie, Zakaria Rhani and Sophie Daviaud.

He answered a few questions about Libya and the role of justice in a context of exiting violence. For him, in Libya, justice has a great role to play in order to end conflicts but also to make sure that the peace following the end of conflict is sustainable.

Mohammed Eljarh is a Libyan research analyst, based in Tobruk. He is associated with the Atlantic Council’s Rafik Hariri Center for the Middle East and the Danish Institute for International Studies.
